Acceptance of the terms

By using the website of Sea Professional and its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any clause, please do not use the site.

Services offered

Sea Professional offers booking of diving courses and water activities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Services include:

• Booking try dives and dive sessions.
• Enrolment in diving courses.
• Obtaining internationally recognised diving certificates.

Booking conditions

• The participant must be in good health and free of conditions that prevent diving.
• The instructor must be told immediately of any medical condition or medication.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the booked time.
• The booking is confirmed when payment is completed.
• Minimum ages follow the programme type and approved standards (see FAQ). Parental consent is required under 18.

Liability

Sea Professional provides diving services to the highest international safety standards. The participant remains responsible for full health disclosure and for following instructor instructions.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, and logos — is exclusive to Sea Professional and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia and interpreted accordingly.

Service date

This is a training service, not shipment of a good. The service date is the session date and time you choose before purchase, and it appears on the invoice.

Complaints

You can submit a complaint via the site form or from Support centre or via WhatsApp and social channels. A ticket is opened with a clear number. We reply within 24 hours and resolve within 7 working days.
