Liability waiver

I acknowledge that diving and watersports involve inherent risks, including drowning, injury, illness, changing sea and weather conditions, and equipment issues.

I agree to follow staff safety instructions, use equipment properly, and immediately disclose any medical condition, medication, or prior injury that may affect my participation.

I agree not to throw, release, or discharge anything into the sea, and to respect marine life and applicable environmental rules.

I release the centre, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from my participation, including injury, death, or property damage, to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

I understand this acknowledgement does not waive liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct under applicable law.
