PADI Deep Diver

PADI Deep Diver is a recreational specialty for qualified divers who will plan deep dives, manage air, and recognise depth effects, through four progressive training dives with a certified PADI Instructor. Programme length: 2 days. You practise organised deep-dive planning, air and ascent-reserve management, depth/time/NDL monitoring, nitrogen narcosis, pressure effects on gear and objects, buoyancy at depth, buddy contact, agreed descent and ascent procedures, support and emergency equipment, and changes in light, visibility, and temperature. Important: this is not a technical course. Dives stay within no-decompression limits and do not include mandatory decompression or depths beyond 40 m. Actual depth on each dive depends on the student’s age, qualification, experience, conditions, and instructor judgement. Requirements, terms and conditions apply.
