Approach a tired diver from behind him, not in front of him, so that he does not catch you in a moment of panic. Grab the waistband of his jacket, keep him above the water, and talk to him calmly.
If your partner loses consciousness underwater, create a good bond by grabbing his jacket and climbing up with him, maintaining their position and at the same time pumping air into his jacket.
